Freight Quote Process

Commercial freezers and display fridges are quoted separately due to weight and size. After you place your order, we'll email a freight quote within 24 business hours. No shipping payment is taken at checkout — your order is only confirmed once you approve the quote. If the quote doesn't suit you, we'll refund your product payment in full.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your freight quote is approved and payment is settled, orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our Auckland warehouse. Customers within 10km of Auckland CBD may opt for free local delivery on items under 60kg.

NZ-Wide Transit Times (ex Auckland)

Transit time begins from the day our freight carrier collects your order at the Auckland warehouse, not from the order date.

Upper North Island Overnight
Lower North Island 1–2 business days
Upper South Island 2–4 business days
Lower South Island 3–5 business days

  • Upper South Island: Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, Greymouth
  • Lower South Island: Ashburton, Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin, Gore, Invercargill, Cromwell, Queenstown

Important Notes

  • Transit times do not include the day of pickup, weekends, or public holidays
  • Weather, traffic delays, freight availability, and delivery run configurations may impact actual delivery times
  • For Rural Delivery (RD) addresses, please allow 1–2 additional business days
  • All freight is fully insured by our carrier partners (Mainfreight, Post Haste, Castle Parcels)

Failed Delivery

If you're not available to receive the shipment at the agreed time, our carrier will leave a calling card. Re-delivery fees may apply and will be quoted separately.
